Heating guidance: All frozen food we sell must be thoroughly defrosted before cooking, ideally overnight in a fridge. For further cooking instructions please see our cooking guidance page. Make sure all food is thoroughly cooked through and temperature checked before eating.
Lasagne: Once defrosted, microwave (>700w) 3min per portion, stand for 1 minute, then another 1 min. Or oven 20mins in preheated oven at 170°. For best results, oven cook.
Curry: Once defrosted, microwave (>700w) 3min per portion, stand for 1 minute, then another 1 min. Or transfer into a saucepan and heat until bubbling. For best results, heat in a saucepan.
Beef Chilli: Once defrosted, microwave (>700w) 3min per portion, stand for 1 min, then another 1 min. Or transfer into a saucepan and heat until bubbling. For best results, heat in a saucepan.
Jacket Potato: Can be heated from frozen. Microwave (>700w) 5 mins per potato, stand for 1 min. Or oven 45 mins in a preheated oven at 220°C.
Rice: Can be heated from frozen. Microwave (>700w) 4 mins per portion, stand for 1 min.
